but I had issues! Unfortunately, last week went to Hades, thanks to an unscheduled visit from Uncle Intestinal Discomfort. I was pinned to my bathroom from Wednesday night into Saturday morning, with no internet access, so I was unable to even try to make a showing in the GOO finals. But, I guess that's how the cookie crumbles. I apologize to all of my fans (both of them), and I pledge to try harder next time, and to eat bland food for the entire week prior to the GOO finals to prevent a re-occurance.

The worst part was when I accidentally hit the cat with vomit, but that's a story that I will not share. Although...that's pretty much the gist of it! ;)

I wish I knew what was wrong with my belly area. It seems like it just comes and goes every so often. I've had about every test the doctors have come up with, and they can't find anything. Maybe it's just anxiety...that's all I need...that would be just super-omega cool! Maho!

You know, I haven't watched an episode of Pani Poni Dash for almost two months, and I still can't get it out of my head. Grr! It's not so bad, though! A little weird, but fun!

In good news, I finally found out how the series Dai-Guard ended! Yay! In other news, the series Najica Blitz Tactics has more pps (that's panty-shots per second) than anything I've watched yet! YAY!!!! I need to lay off the anime for a few weeks! ;P

Seriously. This Najica show is out of hand. Damn!

My kickball team hasn't won a game yet, although we do have a tie. I hope to win tonight though...assuming the rain doesn't stop us from playing. :(

Song of the Day: "Cantaloop" by US3. It's stuck in my head! :(

Actual Song of the Day: "She's So Hot, BOOM!" by Flight of the Conchords. Why didn't someone tell me how frickin' hilarious this show is? I need HBO now!!!

"She's so hot she's making me sexist...bitch!"

I actually watched the two Death Note movies at the convention. I guess that being my first exposure to them might have some influence, but I thought it was an interesting idea.

Pani Poni Dash is...interesting! It's kind of all over the place, and I suspect that there is a lot that goes over my head, but it keeps me amused! :) Well, kept me amused, since they stopped showing any more episodes. :(

Nice! No one tells me I've got the wrong month! *sigh* Off to edit!

Mother-flippin' right it's hilarious...

It would be nice if you did have HBO, Aaron -- but fortunately for you... there's always YouTube!!!

Don't know how you felt about the Pet Shop Boys, but you gotta' love the obvious references in...

"Inner City Pressure"

Aaron Shurtleff | August 4, 2007
Unfortunately for me, I don't have internet access at home (stupid neighbors!), and my work doesn't allow YouTube. *grumble*

But I did hear Inner City Pressure, too, if that's the one with the missing pair of underwear, and the dude counting his change at the convenience store. :) Yeah, the whole song, and that's what stays with me.

Oh. I am sorry for you indeed. I can't watch YouTube at work, either -- Uncle Sam has blocked it. But there is still google video and some others available -- you just have to do a video search and when the list comes up, check the addresses... usually (in my case, anyway), the ones that are accessible have a pic, while the YouTubes appear blocked from the "x in the box" photos...

Heheh... yeah, those are the lines that stick with me on that one, too -- "Hey man, I just want some Muesli..."

22-XII-2006, or Time to set the auto-reply!

Well, it's my last day at work until January 2nd, so if you don't hear from me, that's why. Not that many people really hear from me, but there it is. :) My brother-in-law is in town, so craziness could ensue. Go »

10-V-2008 or Thrash Unreal!

I'm really getting into the band Against Me!. (Do you put in a period in a case like this, where the band name ends in a punctuation mark??) I really like the song Thrash Unreal (I wish I could karaoke it! Go »

Random filler is entered here, such that you won't see what is to come on the front page. Not that it would be so bad if you did, but I want people who read this to read this purposely, not accidentally because it was on the front page. 8-II-2008 or No way! Not on your life!

Thanks to Lori for giving me something to laugh about today! :) Well, it's Lent again, which means I'm not eating meat today (except seafood, which is still kind of meat, which never really made much sense to me, but, hey, I'm a follower, so I do what I'm told without question...or at least without vocalizing those questions!). 16-IX-2009 or Behind The Scenes (GE)

For those who are not aware, my first character in Gothic Earth is retiring. I believe that Scott is going to keep him around to use for his own undoubtedly nefarious purposes, but essentially, I am done with him. There were many reasons behind it, but there was just a single overriding reason above all others: I found myself unwilling to continue with him. Go »
