I know that I am so late to the party here, but has everyone seen this Mythbusters show? I just watched it again for the first time a few weeks ago, and that is some good stuff right there! Holy crap!! They took some old Civil War rifles and test fired them at each other, hoping to prove or disprove the myth of two bullets hitting in mid-air and fusing. I won't spoil the ending, but it rocked! I need to get a job like that! I could disprove myths!!

The ski area in the town I grew up in made the list of Top Ski Areas in Maine, based on a CNN.com article. I assume it was more than just one guy who decided this. Way to go, Rumford! Makes me wish I'd learned to ski when I was a wee lad. Not that I was particularly wee as a lad...though I was.

The song of the day! Gosh, it's been a while! I'll tell you all what! The other week, I was at a wedding of one of my wife's friends (did I already say this? I don't remember, and I can't go back and check...oh, wait, yeah I can!)

OK, I checked, and there was nothing there about it. I should put in a picture from the wedding! Let me look to see if I have any non-embarrassing ones. But later.

Anyways, I was at the wedding, and the bride and groom are great people. Truly awesome! Not all my wife's friends are awesome, but that's an argument for another day. Anyhow, the bride (who, I must note is by no means the typical rap fan...think of Michael Bolton from Office Space, only a woman) loves the rap music! Out of nowhere, in the middle of the reception, what comes out of the speakers? Why it's "YEAH!" by Usher, and Ludacris, and Lil' Jon! You've probably never seen a whiter group than us, all up on the floor, screaming like...drunk white people, which we really were. Not so surprising, now that I think on it. Anyhow, that's the song of the day until the next time I update this blog. Which could be soon or a long ways away. I should change the title from "Miracle ASSassin" to "It's A Miracle You Updated, You ASS".

My outfit's ridiculous, in the club lookin' so conspicuous. heh.

Wow, Aaron -- you are so late to that party that I think you're at the Happy New Year 2004 celebration!!! (That's okay, though... I've been known to rock many an over party, too, man. YEAH!!! ;-D)

20-IX-2006 or Man, those Samoans sure are a surly bunch.

That was the punchline to a Bloom County comic I read many years ago. It always cracks me up...which makes no sense, really. Go »

10-IV-2008 or Beavis and Butthead

I'm at work. I took my pill this morning, because I think I forgot to take it last night. From the way I'm feeling now, I think I double-medicated myself. Go »

28-V-2007 or Hippies will always attack an Elf, when they see one.

Random title of a spam message that came to my work e-mail address recently. Thought it was amusing enough to use as a post title! Well, it's Memorial Day, so take some time to appreciate the sacrifices others have made for you today. Go »

6-X-2006 or It's a holiday! I'm at work!

It is a little known fact that most of the University of Florida system shuts down on the Friday of Homecoming weekend. Unless you are deemed an essential employee, you would be sitting at home right now, possibly with an adult beverage in hand, relaxing. Or, you might be at the Gator Growl, which is some kind of pep rally or something, to get you psyched up for the big game, against LSU of all teams! Go »

14-X-2009 or ...Aaaand I'm Back

Short trip, what? Iceland was pretty cool (as in cold as sin), but I had a great time! Reykjavik is a cool little city, but outside of there...nothing. Go »

7-VIII-2006 or Pants off Dance off!

I'm still laughing like a loon! I watched a show on Fuse network (which I've never even watched before...or knew existed) called "Pants off Dance off!". Go »
