Scott Hardie: “It sucked.”

This movie is as bad as its reputation: It is obsessed with scatological and gay-panic jokes, and its hero is too idiotic and vain to root for. Sony itself called the movie "desperately unfunny" in leaked emails, which sums it up better than any critic could. It's too bad that this movie got so much attention for its part in an international crisis, because it's unworthy of being seen out of patriotism or for any other reason.
